Spring Concert - “Im wunderschönen Monat Mai”

Under the direction of conductor David Montgomery
with soprano Brooke Evers, tenor Stephen White, and pianist Marina Chamasyan.
Performed in the auditorium of the German Embassy, 4645 Reservoir Rd, NW, Washington, DC 20007. Admission $25.00 per person.

Oktoberfest Saturday, September 18, 2010, 1:00pm - 7:00pm
Oktoberfest at the Kena Ballroom

An additional date to enjoy the Gemütlichkeit of German Oktoberfest. Held at the famous Kena Ballroom, 9001 Arlington Blvd., Farifax, VA 22031. Music and dancing throughout the afternoon. Delicious German food like Bratwurst, Knockwurst, Sauerkraut, etc. served by the Washington Sängerbund.

Oktoberfest Saturday, September 25, 2010, 11:00am - 6:00pm
Oktoberfest in Lovettsville

Held in the town of Lovettsville, Virginia, located off Route 287 (Berlin Pike) in Loudoun County. Delicious German food like Bratwurst, Knockwurst, Sauerkraut, etc. served by the Washington Sängerbund. You can find us right in front of the big Oktoberfest tent. Music and dancing throughout the afternoon.

Oktoberfest of the Mid-Atlantic Brewers Association

in Shirlington, VA (outside the Capitol City Brewing Company), 2700 S Quincy St, Arlington, VA.
The Washington Sängerbund will serve tasty grilled bratwurst and other German food to accompany the local brew. Afternoon entertainment with band music and dancers in the plaza.

Christmas at the Brewmaster’s Castle

The Washington Sängerbund will perform ‘Deutsche Weihnachtslieder’ at the Heurich Mansion and lead a sing-along with familiar Christmas carols. Performing at 7pm and at 8pm. Doors open at 6:00pm for tours of the mansion. Refreshments. Suggested donation of $10 to support the Brewmaster's Castle, 1307 New Hampshire Ave, NW, Washington, DC (one block from Dupont Circle Metro station). Click for location of the Brewmaster's Castle.

Annual Fasching / Mardi Gras Masquerade Ball

Come join us at our festive Costume Prize Masquerade Ball held at the elegant Kena Ballroom, 9001 Arlington Blvd., Fairfax,Va. 22031. Enjoy great live dance music with a wide variety of music, including waltzes, polkas, disco, sambas, Karneval, Latin and other ballroom dances. Savor delicious German food specialties, German and domestic beer and wine, soft drinks, and champagne.
